Every order.
Its own waiting period.
The order that takes you into a higher tier earns that higher rate on its full eligible value. Your earlier orders keep their original rates, even if they have not yet been paid out.
Each order’s 35-day clock starts when it is delivered, not when it is paid for or dispatched. After 35 full days, commission can enter the payment queue if there is no unresolved return, refund or dispute.
FIRST ORDER · A$4,000
A$200 commission
A$4,000 × 5% — cumulative sales now A$4,000
Eligible after 35 full days from this order’s delivery, subject to return, refund and dispute checks.
SECOND ORDER · A$3,000
A$210 commission
Previous cumulative sales: A$4,000.
A$3,000 × 7% — cumulative sales now A$7,000
This order crosses A$5,000, so 7% applies to its full eligible value. If delivered on day 34, its 35-day wait ends on day 69.
THIRD ORDER · A$3,000
A$300 commission
Previous cumulative sales: A$7,000.
A$3,000 × 10% — cumulative sales now A$10,000
This order reaches A$10,000, so 10% applies to its full eligible value. It also waits 35 days from its own delivery.
Across these three orders: A$200 + A$210 + A$300 = A$710 total commission. “Eligible” means ready for settlement checks; bank arrival depends on the final payment schedule and payment provider.

How do the commission tiers work?
Add each new eligible order to your cumulative referred sales. Apply 5% to the whole order if the resulting total is below A$5,000; 7% if it is A$5,000 to below A$10,000; or 10% if it is A$10,000 or more. A threshold-crossing order earns the new rate on its full eligible value. Earlier orders keep their original rates, including orders still in their waiting period. For example, orders of A$4,000, A$3,000 and A$3,000 earn A$200 at 5%, A$210 at 7% and A$300 at 10% — A$710 total. The 35-day delivery waiting period determines when each commission can be paid, not which rate applies.
Why wait 35 days?
The waiting period starts from the delivery of each eligible order. After 35 full days, commission becomes eligible for payment only if there is no unresolved return, refund or dispute. Orders with an open issue remain on hold until it is resolved. A later referral does not restart an earlier order’s waiting period. Eligibility does not guarantee same-day bank or PayPal arrival.
Does a referral code give the buyer a discount?
A referral code identifies who referred a purchase. Any customer discount will be stated separately. A referral code does not automatically apply a checkout discount.
What happens if an order is refunded?
Refunded or cancelled amounts should not earn commission. The final rules for partial refunds, commission adjustments and cumulative tier balances are being confirmed before launch.
