Metropolitan Shipping
Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 11 AM AEST will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM AEST will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed online are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days and will be delivered within 1-5 working days after shipping.
We can deliver most items we stock to all metropolitan areas in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide. We recommend that you contact us at info@shappa.com.au to check if your item qualifies for metro delivery rate to your area if in doubt.
Shipping prices (metropolitan areas):
- Order 0kg - 5kg: Free
- Order 5.01kg - 15kg: $29.95
- Order 15.01kg - 40kg: $69.95
- Order 40.01kg and above: $89.95
- Local delivery (Melbourne metro area): $20
- Return shipping: As Condition

We ship all orders from our warehouse based in Melbourne, VIC. If you order multiple product types, the highest shipping rate will apply. Shipping for multiple desks or chairs will be calculated at checkout.
Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices. Please make a note on checkout if you have any specific delivery requirements including delivery to another floor or specific booking in requirements to access your site. We can only accommodate the request if the building has a lift and the lift fits the product(s).
If your order is more than 3 business days late, please contact us ASAP.
Regional Shipping
If your delivery address is outside our standard metropolitan delivery zone, please contact us at info@shappa.com.au for a quote. If you have accidentally selected our metro shipping rate for deliveries within a regional area, our friendly staff will contact you to work something out. We partner with major courier services including Australia Post, StarTrack, CRP, TNT, Aramex, Allied, CouriersPlease, and Toll to make these regional deliveries and insure all products during regional transit for clients free of charge.
Assembly
All of our products are shipped flat-packed for ease of transport and to reduce the risk of damage in transit. Your ready-to-assemble furniture will be delivered to you with easy to follow assembly instructions. If you have any queries regarding assembly once you receive your product(s), please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.
