We deliver to apartments and offices, but there are some limitations. Our courier partners typically leave packages at the building's main entrance or ground floor. They generally cannot access elevators, climb stairs, or enter private spaces. If you need items brought to a specific floor or location, you may want to consider arranging your own freight service.

All items in your order leave our warehouse together, but they may arrive at different times because carriers handle packages of different sizes differently. For Shappa standing desks, the frame and tabletop are sent separately since the tabletop exceeds standard size limits (over 300cm in girth). Typically, split deliveries arrive within 1-3 days of each other. You can track each package individually using the tracking links sent in your shipping confirmation email.

The standard shipping rates displayed on our website apply to metropolitan areas only, including major cities like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. For delivery addresses located in regional or remote areas, additional shipping surcharges may apply due to increased transportation costs and longer distances.

We partner with major courier services including CouriersPlease, TNT, and Toll to handle regional deliveries, and all products are fully insured during transit at no additional cost to you.

Expect your package to arrive within 2-7 business days after ordering. This includes 1-2 business days for order processing and 1-5 business days for shipping. Items in stock usually leave our Melbourne facility within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that delivery windows can extend during busy seasons, holidays, or when external factors like severe weather affect transport networks.

We take great care packaging every item before it leaves our facility. Should your shipment show signs of damage or fail to arrive, please get in touch within 2 business days. Include your order reference, and if there's visible damage, photos or video footage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and get you sorted.
